I have a company in central Illinois that does a good deal of work in precision ag - primarily using precision ag tools for agronomy. Might be interested. Please let me know if location would work for you (Champaign area) and send a resume.

I don't know what part of the country you're in or where you would like to be but the company I work for is allways looking for good people. We are located in the Pacific Northwest and primarily deal with Dryland Agriculture. Precision Ag is a big part of our business. I'm fairly certain we have an internship program in place and i'd be glad to check for you. I also know a couple of Ag recruiters in other parts of the country that might be able to help you out also. Feel free to get a hold of me for details.

Try some of the big ag companies like Monsanto and Pioneer they do a lot of GIS and precision ag work and I have seen a few GIS / Environmental internship postings for summer 2012
