RTK user agreement.

Hi I am setting up a gprs RTK network in Ireland (Leica Bases) and would appreciate if anyone had an end user agreements that I could take a look at that states terms and conditions of use of the correction and ensures that the provider (me) cannot be held responsible should mobile networks or broadband go down or even for bad cell signal.
