Precison Ag degree in South Carolina or Eastern U.S?

I got an email from a person who is looking to get a degree in precision ag. They are located in South Carolina and looking for something they can take online or fairly close to home. (due to personal conflicts)

Does anyone know of anything close to them where they can expand their precision ag knowledge?
